1. Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please, get in touch with us on info@teoz.io if you would like to have something shipped to the EU. We will talk you through the process and the duty fees to be expected.
How long does shipping take?
UK Orders: 2–4 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UK shipping.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
2. Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
Our shirts come in four sizes: XS, S, M, and L. Due to the unique nature of upcycled materials, each piece may have slight variations in fit.
How do I know which size is right for me?
Each shirt is made from reclaimed materials, so while the cut is consistent, there may be small differences in fabric feel and drape. That’s part of what makes every TEOZ piece one-of-a-kind.
We use a structured, wide waistband designed to gently shape the torso. It’s fitted but not restrictive — sitting at the natural waist to create definition and balance. Depending on your body shape, the waistband may sit slightly higher or lower.
Here’s our general size guide:
XS – best for UK 6
S – best for UK 8
M – best for UK 10
L – best for UK 12
If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit at the waist, we suggest sizing up. For exact garment measurements, check the product details on each shirt.

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
At this time, we do not offer custom sizing, but we are exploring options for the future. Stay tuned!
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Please note: Because our shirts are made from upcycled materials, each one is one-of-a-kind. We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order if needed.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@teoz.io with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer free returns?
We don’t offer free returns at this time. As a small, sustainability-focused brand, we aim to reduce unnecessary shipping emissions — so please shop mindfully and check sizing carefully.
